Strategic process management in swiss city council

The BPM Initiative of the city council Gossau is part of the strategic planning for 2011-2015. It aims at a companywide documentation of processes and the creation of transparency across departments. 

The city of Gossau relies on the Signavio Process Editor which allows consistent documentation as well as a target-oriented collaboration.
