Chris is with the Strategic Customer Unit with SAP Signavio and is bringing methodologies such as Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management together to make transformations successful. In his role he is working with strategic customers to ensure the right methodologies are in place with the right transformation toolchain at the right time to ensure transformation success.

Since joining SAP in 2001, Chris has been in multiple roles from consulting, solution, product management and support. He is a frequent speaker at conferences such as SAP Innovation Camps, SAP user groups and industry summits. Chris is based in Germany.

Dr. Dietmar Gerlach, Head of IT Management Consulting, Enterprise Architect, CTI CONSULTING

Dr. Dietmar Gerlach specialized in Enterprise Architecture Management, IT Management Consulting, IT Strategy and Business Process Optimization in his consulting practice. He focuses in particular on operational Enterprise Architecture Management and its tool-specific implementation based on various EAM toolkits. In the course of his many years of work for the world's leading IT analyst Gartner, he held the position of Head of Enterprise Architecture Management in the DACH region, among others. He has been working for CTI CONSULTING since 2009 as Head of IT Management Consulting and member of the executive management team.

Sarah Grenzebach, Senior Consultant, Process Expert, CTI CONSULTING

Sarah Grenzebach has been working for CTI CONSULTING since mid-2017 and has specialized in the areas of business process management and knowledge management as part of her consulting work.
Her work focuses on the preservation of organizational knowledge through the documentation of processes and the conceptual design of training courses and training materials.
