What to expect
This session will take you through the various stages of your SAP change journey. We will introduce SAP’s Organizational Change Management framework, focused on increasing the value realization of your investment. During this session, different tools and methods will be demonstrated (and experienced) which will help you improve the performance of project teams and users and will help you to minimize risk through data-driven decision making.
Design the change – Identify the impact – Enable people to onboard.
At the end of the session you will hands-on experience, how to:
· Define adoption KPI’s based on your organization’s actual performance
· Perform a change impact assessment
· Easily create effective training material
· Keep track on the adoption of the implemented changes
