Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) is responsible for the extraction and processing of oil and gas.
PEMEX is the largest enterprise in Mexico, and is the world's second largest non-publicly listed company by total market value. PEMEX is one of few completely vertically integrated oil companies in the world, involved in everything from exploration to distribution and commercialization of end products.
They produce upwards of 2,548,000 barrels of crude oil and 6,385,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day. Its products include petrochemicals, natural gas, liquid gas, sulphur, gasoline, kerosene, and diesel.
