The main highlight of the release is the launch of plug and gain approach. Plug and gain is a new and unique approach that reduces SAP ERP transformation preparation time from months to hours by quickly gathering a comprehensive and in-depth as-is state of your processes by simply plugging in. SAP Signavio Process Insights: We are excited to announce the expansion of connectivity options for SAP Signavio Process Insights. The new integration with SAP Ariba helps you to gain visibility and identify improvement opportunities in your procurement processes. The connection to SAP Ariba marks the first time that SAP Signavio Process Insights has connected to non-ERP system. Additionally, connectivity to SAP Analytics Cloud (restricted release) allows process owners and extended user groups to combine process metrics and other operational and strategic metrics in one tool. In this release, we are also introducing new Process Flows, Process Performance Indicators and Correction Recommendations focused on Sustainability, and aimed at helping you better manage sustainability initiatives in your organization. As always, we remain dedicated to adding more content, including new offerings for the Retail industry, Central Finance, and Master Data Management.
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence: One of the major highlights of this release for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence is Actions, a new capability that enables you to quickly close the loop from insight to action, supporting your end-to-end process transformation efforts. With Actions, process analysts can flexibly define process dynamics as rules that, if fulfilled, automatically trigger workflows to start automated process remediation when issues occur or execute RPA bots that act over repetitive human tasks, helping you increase automation and save time. This is now all possible thanks to a tight integration to SAP Build Process Automation or by connecting to other third-party tools. Additionally, with Actions you can effectively expand the reach of process mining in your organization and foster data-driven decisions by proactively informing your colleagues about critical process dynamics. With this release, we also expanded your connectivity options, released new accelerators to help you jumpstart your process mining analyses even faster, and enhanced our engine performance and analytical features to equip process analysts and business users with powerful tools to run process mining analyses at scale.
SAP Signavio Process Manager: With the May 2023 release we expand the integration capabilities of SAP Signavio and SAP solutions. SAP Signavio Process Manager is now able to link business process models to SAP Financial Compliance Management, enabling seamless collaboration across teams and systems. Additionally, we have introduced a new feature that allows links between Navigation Maps and Value Chains to Dictionary items providing users with a better comprehension of processes and more accurate usage reports of objects. Considering the rise of process content along with process models, total file storage space for all connected tenants is increased from the current 2 GB to 10 GB, while the maximum size of single files is boosted from the current 16 MB to up to 32 MB.
SAP Signavio Process Explorer: Our latest release of SAP Signavio Process Explorer includes new best practices and value accelerators specific to the SAP product portfolio. We are releasing Process Models for SAP Business Network for Supply Chain to help you accelerate the time-to-design and time-to-implement of your projects. SAP Signavio Process Explorer is accessible at this link, all you need is an SAP registered user.
SAP Signavio Journey Modeler: With this latest release we introduce a new feature that improves the efficiency of journey models creation. Now users can copy journey cells from Excel or CSV files, paste and transform them into journey model items in SAP Signavio Journey Modeler.
SAP Signavio Process Governance: For SAP Signavio Process Governance we released two features. The first, Process read confirmations, provides process owners with greater transparency over the compliance level of end-users. The second feature is the ability to trigger approvals with nested subprocesses. It streamlines the approval process by allowing process owners to consolidate related approvals, improving overall efficiency.
SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub: With this release, we introduce audience-specific overlay visibility. Now, process owners can determine overlay visibility and select which overlay is visible to specific types of audiences.
