Melbourne, 03.04.2018 – Signavio, Business Transformation solutions provider, has announced a project with NBN Co, to deliver a highly effective Business Process Excellence capability across its entire organization.

The project will assist NBN Co to harmonize its end-to-end operational requirements, as well as optimize its processes and improvement initiatives in line with the organization’s overall corporate strategy.

In progressing to its next stage of process and systems maturity, NBN Co aims to optimize key elements of its established Business Process Excellence capability across the whole organization.

As part of this project, business teams and leaders will be equipped to take control of their processes; with collaboration with Signavio and the attributes within its transformation suite forming a central part of NBN Co’s Process Excellence journey.
