Philadelphia, USA; Boston, USA; London, UK; January 2018. BPM-D and Signavio announce the expansion of their partnership with the introduction of BPM-D Mobilization workshops. This new joint initiative focuses on value-driven process repository management and modeling for organizations to accelerate their process journey.

The mobilization workshops are designed to expedite the set-up of the process repository and appropriate modeling approach. Within three days, participants are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to follow standard modeling practices and use Signavio’s web-based Process Manager to boost process performance and achieve process outcomes quickly.

These new workshops will enable companies to move rapidly from repository set-up to process execution. Dr. Mathias Kirchmer, BPM-D Co-CEO, commented, “This new solution will help organizations get more value out of their process repository, faster. It is a key step to transform processes into important assets.” Peter Franz, BPM-D Co-CEO, added, “We are excited to move our partnership to the next level and help our clients realize the full potential of their process modeling and repository tools.” While Mark Holenstein, Signavio COO, concluded, “Our expanded partnership will benefit clients tremendously as they embark on their process journey.”
