Vanessa Lacontal works as Value Advisor within the SAP Signavio organisation, where she contributes to the elaboration of business process transformation value cases. Prior to that role she acted as Business Transformation principal consultant to advise on SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps. She also has a consulting background at Accenture, with experience in leading major transformation programs.
Peter Franz, Managing Director and Co-CEO, BPM-D
Peter Franz is the co-founder of BPM-D and has been working at the forefront of Business Process Management (BPM) for many years as part of a career with Accenture. He has led change programs across several industries including Energy, Financial Services, Logistics, Travel Services, Utilities and Consumer Goods. His career includes substantial business change and experience in the use of IT and thus understands the Business / IT interaction from both sides and can help bridge this divide.
