Signavio to host three-part BPM webcast series with Leonardo Consulting's Roger Tregear

Business leaders now know they must transform their operating models. But what does that look like? And crucially — how can it be achieved?

Signavio is pleased to present a three-part BPM webcast series in collaboration with Leonardo Consulting, presented by Leonardo Consulting Director and global BPM expert, author, and consultant, Roger Tregear.

A regular contributor on BPTrends.com with over 30 years consulting experience in the space, Roger takes business leaders through the stages necessary to make BPM an embedded part of their business’ operational DNA and culture. The webcasts are scheduled on the last Thursday of the month, beginning March 30 2017.

Thursday, March 30, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. AEDT / 4:00 p.m. NZDT / 12:00 p.m. SGT

In this first part, Roger will discuss how to move away from “random acts of management” to a sustained, and more effective, systemic approach to your organization’s operations and management. To achieve this, Roger will begin by defining process-based management, and introducing the Tregear Circles - two virtuous circles that operationalize process-based management. This first part is about exploring, and reimagining, business as usual.
