The abstract of the keynote: Process models provide a precise view on the activity flows in an organization. Many approaches to the documentation and analysis of processes have been created over the past 30 years. One of the main challenges is that especially the most knowledgeable people regarding process improvement potential are reluctant to get trained regarding methods and software tools. Therefore, one of the central questions is how to get everybody involved in process design. The presentation discusses collaborative process design and ivestigates how much can be expected from the different target groups.
