Amit has extensive global experience in solution consulting and implementation of BPM tools and methodology in the BPO / Shared Services / GBS environment. He supported many global MNCs clients for their Business Transformation Initiatives (Operational Excellence, Design Target Operating Model & Process Re-engineering).
