Wassilios leads the Center of Excellence (CoE) globally for SAP Signavio, a powerful, integrated platform that helps organisations to quickly realign their operations and bring changes to life at an accelerated rate. Prior to his current role Wassilios was leading the customer value experience team in SAP, which helped decision makers understand how to best use the SAP portfolio to achieve their business goals. He joined SAP in 2008 as executive assistant to the COO and executive board member, and subsequently led major transformation programs within SAP.
Rakesh Gusain, Global Tech BPM Lead, SAP Signavio at Accenture
Rakesh Gusain is an accomplished Director for Accenture Europe's BPM Practice, with over 18 years of consulting experience in Operations Excellence. His expertise lies in leading and delivering successful strategy engagements across multiple industries, including High Technology, Energy, Retail and Telecommunications. Additionally, Rakesh has co founded an entrepreneurial venture focused on developing BPM Discipline for clients across the US, Europe and India. Throughout his career, he has driven significant business change across diverse industries by developing and implementing process-related frameworks and technologies.
Rakesh has also worked and partnered with all major technology platforms (partnered with SAP Signavio, SAG Aris and worked at Celonis in the BPM space. Rakesh has done in master's from BITS Pilani, India in Software Engineering.
