What to expect

During the last few years, HR operations have faced enormous challenges. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, followed by the Great Resignation, and other major undercurrents in HR, employee experience has emerged as an important component of the overall HR value chain and has become increasingly important.

Fujitsu, which has more than 120,000 employees worldwide, has bravely embarked on a corporate-wide digital transformation program to harmonise global HR processes and operations in these turbulent times. The program covers, among other things, people transformation, which will harmonise global HR processes and operations.

In its transformation journey, Fujitsu has been using SAP Signavio products holistically, starting with an analysis of the processes that exist today to defining what it will be in the future. To accelerate the work, SAP Signavio Value Accelerators contents have also been utilised.

An innovative Journey Modeling approach was applied to build an end-to-end HR process hub that not only structures HR processes, but also embeds real-time operational insights (KPIs and metrics) and experience insights (surveys). Using journeys to operationalise processes has unleashed new perspectives into how content can be shared in a way that engages and elevates stakeholders across organisations.
