We’ve upgraded the Signavio modeling experience to drive process change management with the all new Approval Workflow feature in v8.0. We also added support for many new non-latin language character sets which allow global companies to better collaborate with processes. Lastly, a new face for the login page shows the future of the Signavio Process Editor interface, so we’re looking forward to hearing what you think!
Approval workflows for process change management are delivered through the seamless integration of the Signavio Process Editor and the Effektif (Update 05.2016 Signavio Workflow) process engine. You can now create custom routings, notifications, and multi-level approvals for every process diagram in your workspace. Users can define unique approval workflows that can be applied both independently or to multiple models.
The Signavio Explorer also lets all users easily check the approval status of any diagram directly. With the click a button, you can initiate and monitor approvals for specific process models. Each stage is clearly represented by different symbols for each step in the approval process, making it easy for you to visualize and track the approval progress.
v8.0 also packs a handful of upgrades that offer more effective use of the best BPM solution. Now you can model and share better processes with enhanced character sets for languages like Russian, Japanese, Korean, and many more. The Activity Feed and email notifications also include the names of the actors for a given update.
