Description

  • You are responsible for creating the Marketing strategy for North America 
  • Plan, organize and attend events in North America and manage sponsorships, in coordination with our Senior Marketing Manager North America
  • Work closely with the US Marketing Team in driving and managing local marketing activities for the Market 
  • Create programs that will generate quality leads and drive sales revenue
  • Analyze results of US Field Marketing campaigns and provide on-going reporting and insights to the SVP of Marketing
  • Work closely with our Sales Team to align Sales and Marketing efforts
  • Generate new marketing ideas and manage their realization, from the idea to execution and to review
  • Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns for the region 

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
  • You have at least 8 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results in the software industry
  • You have experience in organizing events, including planning, execution and controlling
  • Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
  • You are experienced in email marketing
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are a strategic thinker
  • You are self-motivated, have initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization
  • Native English and further languages are welcome
  • You like travelling (50% travel within North America and Europe)
