In order to support Signavio's continuous growth, we are looking as soon as possible for a Global Partner Success Manager, who will be working alongside our Global SVP Customer Service, to built up the Partner Success function within the company.

Description

  • Responsible for setting up Siganvio’s global partner success management program from scratch
  • Taking ownership of implementing the training and the onboarding of partner
  • Managing the implementation of the Signavio certifications and to ensure that all current and future partners are “Signavio Certified”.
  • Monitoring and driving the quality of the partner engagements
  • Implementation of necessary CRM and Community systems in collaboration with other Signavio units
  • Close collaboration with our Channel Sales Managers, as well as with the Global Channel Manager and assisting in sales pitches.
  • Close collaboration with all other entities within the Customer Service department, predominantly, Customer Success, Consulting and Training.

Requirements

  • Previous track-record in implementing Partner Customer Success within B2B enterprise software companies
  • In-depth experience in onboarding and training partners
  • Solid experience in training and coaching other businesses
  • Experience in implementing certifications and managing their yearly cycles.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as sales and customer service
  • Experience in using Partner Portals and e-Learning systems
