How to access the SAP ONE Support Launchpad
Workspace administrators have received an email from us with an administrator support-user-ID (s-user) and password to access the SAP Support Launchpad.
With this s-user access, Workspace administrators also have user management rights and can assign support-user-IDs (s-users) to other SAP Signavio users in your company, so that they can also access the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Find more information about creating s-user IDs and the link to user management.
