Where to get support for your SAP Signavio products

Signavio became part of SAP, so we are aligning our support processes. Our Support team will continue to assist you in your daily usage and will remain at your disposal. From now on, you find all SAP Signavio service experts on the SAP ONE Support Launchpad.

How to access the SAP ONE Support Launchpad

Workspace administrators have received an email from us with an administrator support-user-ID (s-user) and password to access the SAP Support Launchpad.
With this s-user access, Workspace administrators also have user management rights and can assign support-user-IDs (s-users) to other SAP Signavio users in your company, so that they can also access the SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
