About the speakers
As Product Lead for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Alessandro Manzi is responsible for defining the product and customer strategy for the analytics aspect of Signavio’s Process Transformation Suite. He has helped numerous clients understand how to get meaningful, actionable information for their internal data using Signavio's Process Intelligence tool. Prior to Signavio, Alessandro worked with Celonis and Vistex in various customer-facing roles specializing in SAP Solution Extensions. Alessandro’s background in ERP and CX solutions was the foundation to his passion and expertise in process analytics.
As one of Signavio’s Pre-Sales Consultants, Martin Leich plays a crucial role in supporting organizations to select the right business transformation solution for their specific needs. He is a process expert who has been working for Signavio since 2012, including time on the helpdesk and as a quality engineer, and he has collected extensive experience in Signavio’s products inside and out. Combined with his BSc in Business Informatics, this means Martin is well-placed to show how companies can best manage their business and decision processes.
