About The Speaker
Clyde Livingston: Clyde started his career as a Software Development Engineer in the Telecom sector. He has held multiple roles across manufacturing, technical support and more recently shifted into process architectural and BPM implementations roles at NBN for the past 9+ years. Clyde has been central to the process transformation journey and organisational process capability uplift at NBN. As part of the Centre of Excellence at NBN, Clyde was responsible for the enterprise wide Business Process Excellence framework. This consisted of building the process architecture and implementing the annual process maturity program for all process owners across the business.
