We are very grateful to Bettina Schorsten of Energie Südbayern for her presentation. Bettina gave a very interesting talk about the successes achieved using Signavio's Business Process Management (BPM) tool at ESB, an innovative energy provider who recently won TÜV Süd's "Germany's best customer service 2012" award.
During the presentation she shared many helpful insights into how ESB gained process an business improvements by using the Signavio Process Editor.
