Press Release: Signavio gives the go-ahead for its new eLearning Platform!

Berlin, March 2016: Signavio GmbH, a leading provider for process management software, has today given the go-ahead for its new process management eLearning Platform.

Over the last few months, Signavio has been working in close collaboration with Celesio AG on the development of its new eLearning Platform. The platform will make it simple for users to develop an understanding of process management and to model processes with the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) standards. The online courses are available from today on mooc.house, an online course portal of the Hasso Plattner Institute.

Celesio is a leading international wholesale and retail company and provider of logistics and services to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Celesio’s company-wide BPM implementation, driven by a global ERP project, presents an exciting example of the benefits organizations accrue as a result of Signavio’s BPM software. For this reason, the eLearning Platform was developed together with Signavio, to secure the understanding of processes and process management for employees through self-study. Following several weeks of a pilot phase at the Celesio Group, the eLearning Platform has now been implemented and is being rolled out across all locations.

“The organization-wide standardized understanding of business processes is an important basis for our global ERP project. With the eLearning Platform, our colleagues can easily and quickly expand their knowledge about the subjects of process management and modelling, regardless of where they are.” says Alexandra Tichy-Helbig, BPM Project Manager at Celesio.

“This project is an impressive example of organization-wide implementation of process management. We are happy to have been able to bring the eLearning Platform to life with the help of Celesio AG.” explains Gero Decker, CEO, Signavio GmbH.
