Signavio Workflow addresses this with fine-grained control of process access permissions. As a process owner, you define permissions to specify, for example, which Signavio Workflow users may start a process, and who is allowed to edit the process model. You can also restrict access to who can view and modify process cases. When a group of Signavio Workflow users should have the same permissions, you can assign access rights to an organization group, instead of individual users. It is also easy to update a process model’s permissions, when responsibilities in your company change.
