Gero Decker is co-founder and managing director. He is responsible for Signavio's product innovation, finances and human resources. He is a business process management expert and co-author of the book „The Process“. Before joining Signavio he worked for Volkswagen, SAP and McKinsey & Company.
Torben Schreiter, MSc Managing Director
Torben Schreiter is co-founder and managing director. He is responsible for Signavio's sales and marketing. He previously worked as business process management consultant and completed a wide range of projects for insurance companies, retail, automotive, energy, telecommunications and public sector. Before joining Signavio he worked for SAP Australia and inubit AG in Berlin.

Nicolas Peters is co-founder and head of product development. He brings several years of industrial experience in software engineering to the company. Before joining Signavio he worked for SAP India and Sensomi in Potsdam.
Willi Tscheschner, BSc Chief Architect
Willi Tscheschner is co-founder and chief architect. He is a seasoned expert in web technologies and brings extensive software engineering experience from previous projects to the company. Before joining Signavio he worked for SAP in California und Carmeq in Berlin.
Prof. Dr. Mathias Weske Scientific Director
Mathias Weske is co-founder and scientific director. He heads the Business Process Technology research group of the Hasso-Plattner-Institut at the University of Potsdam. He is an internationally renowned expert in business process management and managed numerous research projects, including partners such as SAP AG, Schenker AG, and Software AG.
