- Glossary functionality: The central vocabulary management helps you organize role descriptions, data objects and activities throughout your repository. That way you can enforce consistent language in your process landscape. You can navigate from diagram elements to the glossary and you can navigate from glossary items to those diagrams where the item is used. The auto completion features speeds up modeling and helps you increase the data quality at the same time.
- Detailed access rights management: You can define user groups and grant access to folders and diagrams on a detailed level. Of course, you still have the distinction between "My documents" and "Shared documents" as you know it from the Team Edition at hand.
- Full text search: Not only can you search diagrams by their title, the brandnew search functionality also includes all captions used within diagrams, comments and descriptions in the glossary. This function helps you navigate quickly through your process landscape.
- Value chain diagrams: These high-level process diagrams helps you organize your process hierarchies more easily. You can use the linking mechanisms to define refinements using BPMN or EPC diagrams.
